Server Rules

1. Names

  1. Names with insulting, racist, sexist or extremist language (e.g. "Bastard" or "Hitler").
  2. Names with parts of sentences ("Mike returns"), nonsensical letters ("Fgfshdsfg") or invalid formatting ("Thegreatknight").
  3. Names that are clearly not a person ("Christmastree", "Matrix"), real celebrities, real countries ("Swedish Druid"), names faking other players ("Arieswer" instead of "Arieswar") or official positions ("System Admin").

2. Cheating

  1. Exploiting errors of the game ("bugs"), for instance to duplicate items. If you find one, report it to the team right away.
  2. Abusing weaknesses of the gameplay on purpose, such as arranging objects or players so others cannot move them.
  3. Using tools that perform actions on their own, without the player ("macros").
  4. Changing the client or using additional software to play.
  5. Trying to steal other players' account data ("hacking").
  6. Playing on more than one account at the same time ("multi-clienting").
  7. Offering your account data to other players or accepting theirs ("account trading or sharing").

3. Gamemasters

  1. Threatening a gamemaster because of their actions or position.
  2. Pretending to be a gamemaster or to have influence on a gamemaster's decisions.
  3. Giving false or misleading information to a gamemaster during an investigation, or making false reports.

4. Player killing

  1. Excessive killing of characters without a skull. Killing marked characters is not a reason for a banishment.

Breaking the rules may lead to a temporary banishment of characters and accounts. In severe cases character skills, attributes and belongings may be removed or changed, and accounts removed for good without any compensation. The sanction depends on how serious the violation is and on the player's record, and is decided by the gamemaster who applies it.
